Instructions and Help about Ch-800

Hi everyone, Blaine here. I'm going to show you how to program the FMC in its entirety for the Zeebo 737-800. In a previous video, I explained how to do this, but because Zeebo frequently updates the FMC, it can be challenging to stay ahead. Therefore, I'll provide a complete video on programming the FMC. First, let's start by turning up some displays and lights to enhance visibility. My flight sim buddy, Nick, refers to this as "setting the mood." Now, let's move on to the FMC. We'll be using version 3.2 2x for this tutorial. If you're using a more recent version, there may be additional changes or updates. To begin, select an FMC position and enter our reference airport, which is San Diego (KSAN). Next, click on "route" and enter the departure runway, which is 27. Then, enter our destination airport, Los Angeles (KLAX). Additionally, enter the flight number for repetition and personal callsign purposes. Moving on to preferences, set the cost index to 50 and reserves to 1. Select the flight altitude level to be 12,700 feet and press the execute button. Proceed to the n1 limit section and set the temperature to 15 degrees Celsius. Then, line select 20 - KD rate and climb 1. Next, go to the takeoff configuration and set the flaps to 5 degrees. It is good practice to deploy the flaps in the FMC. Select the trim to be 4.63. That's it for now. Stay tuned for the next part of the video where we'll continue programming the FMC.
